About Us:In our kitchen we make the most of Colorado’s abundant local and organic ingredients. Our food is wholesome, often rustic and always fresh and satisfying. Satchel’s Market(we are a restaurant) is a family owned café and catering business. Located in North Park Hill at 5021 East 28th avenue, a secret location, go ahead discover us. Established in 2005 as a neighborhood coffee shop and expanded to a full service restaurant in 2006. Our food is an extension of our passion, we believe in what we do! Satchel’s serves brunch two days a week, Saturday-Sunday from 8-2. We also cater and host private parties. Beer and Wine License:
Our application has been finalized and turned into office of excise and license. After a review of our application(don’t worry it’s perfect, thanks Kelly) a hearing date will be set. This date will be set within 45 days of our application being submitted. That means the public hearing should be sometime in November and we should be able to celebrate Christmas and the new year with a toast. We’ll let you know as soon as we do. I can’t wait. I remember looking down my alley, while you worked your ass off to open the market. You put blood, sweat and tears into that shit. You deserve everything you worked for and more. You put a smile on the neighborhood when it needed it most. You rule! Keep up the awsome work
